    REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate consider the following nominations: Calendar Nos. 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, and 38, with the exception of Calendar No. 28 Colonel Scott C.
