from Tennessee (Mr. Alexander), the Senator from Oklahoma (Mr. Coburn),
the Senator from Idaho (Mr. Crapo), the Senator from South Carolina
(Mr. Graham), the Senator from Utah (Mr. Hatch), the Senator from
Oklahoma (Mr. Inhofe), and the Senator from Illinois (Mr. Kirk).
